I would move on down the road to Subway - Cheaper. JJ has Coke products. I found the fast paced RUSHED environment hard to take while I dined in, 4 wrongly made sandwiches and wrong change.

It's a fast food sandwich place. You can't have too high of hopes... BUT the prices say otherwise. Personally, I can only eat 2 of the sandwiches on the menu, but my score of 2 stars comes from many things... Their motto is: "subs so fast you'll freak" they should add, "but at this location, if they aren't fast, you'll be waiting long enough to have gone to the store and made it yourself." The staff has always been friendly, but from what I've seen, their rate of attrition is pretty high, so you often times have a large amount of teenagers still learning their job. I have gotten charged many times for things I shouldn't, like subbing cheese for cucumber. And a few times, my #6 veggie sub has had a meat on it. I called them about it, and they acted as if they did me a favor and they don't seem to understand that it, for me,has made my sandwich inedible, due to my dietary restrictions. But I'd have to bring it back to get any resolution. Either way, I say 3 stars because I completely enjoy their bread... a lot...But their prices are a bit skewed for being a fast food place with low end sandwich fillers that 7 times out of 10 take longer than it would to order a pizza or... something. I will likely switch to 3 stars later on if it improves, but at this point, I'm merely...mildly irritated with this locations quality and service.

I've been a fan of Jimmy John's for years. Had them in Kentucky, Nebraska, and Oregon. Having just moved to Colorado Springs, I was glad to find several near me. I went to this particular franchise since my navigator picked it. I probably won't go back. The employees were nice enough. It's the food that really disappointed. The bread was a combination of tough and somewhat crunchy. The meat was lacking and rather overdone for a Hunter's Club (aka #10). The lettuce is normally supposed to be shredded, but this time it was torn pieces that didn't even properly fit the sandwich; I'm guessing they ran out of shredded and just tore up some of their Unwich wraps. The icing on the cake of disappointment was the cookie. It tasted way overcooked and was not nearly as soft as they have been in the past. This franchise really needs to get their shit together. I'm surprised they stay in business with the poor quality products they serve.

The employees all had great attitudes and big smiles for all the customers walking in. Clean shop, rather small - cute sayings were posted randomly on the walls. Outdoor seating is available. Food was ready in an amazing short time! But the sandwiches could be much, much more interesting. The bread (whether white or wheat) is nothing special, and I found no toasted option. There are no "combos" either, so all sides and drinks are extra. Regular ole sandwich meat and cheeses. Basically, I could have gone to the King Soopers just behind the shop and picked up the same ingredients and made four more sandwiches for the same price. Subway and Which Wich are better values, and I prefer choosing my own ingredients rather than choose whole sandwiches from a set menu. However, Jimmy John's was convenient and close and fast, and the meal itself was fine, just rather boring. They probably do decent catering and delivery.

Well, I should preface this review by saying that I am not a big fan of fast food sandwich places. Its difficult for me to justify in my mind spending $7-8 on a sandwich when I could go to the grocery store, spend the same amount, and make sandwiches for 2 weeks. Its not like its a skill to put ham and cheese on bread and hand it to me. They aren't cooking anything. For a sandwich place to impress me, they need to set themselves apart. Jimmy Johns is ok. I went to a Jimmy John's back in 2001 in Madison, WI. Their food has not changed one bit since then. They do have fresh bread that tastes good. Everything else about this place is so-so. Their commercials are similar to insurance companies. They try to sell you on their funny content... not on what they are actually offering. Before I die I would like to visit one sandwich place that really impresses me. Otherwise, Jimmy John's is just another Subway, Quiznos, Blimpies... no matter how hard they try not to be.

Took them an hour to deliver and I still got charged a delivery fee. The food itself was sub par and expensive. I cannot say I was impressed with the way the gentleman answered the phone either. Way to go JJs!

I was so in love with Jimmy John's when they first hit the scene, but that love soon turned sour...or should I hard (no pun intended). The last several times I have had them deliver to me the bread has been rock hard. I keep giving them chances, but every time it is the same. I have also been into this location and noticed that the bread was sitting on the top self with nothing covering it. I thought to myself, "this must be the bread they use for deliveries!" I've complained to them before, but they just don't seem to truly care. I am burnt out with Jimmy John's and do not plan on going back to them unless I have a craving for them!

Unbelievably bad!!!! That picture above speaks a thousand words, Please don't tell me that all the Jimmy Johns stores are all the same if so this franchise should consider a Hugh change! I ordered a #2 BIG(laugh)John Roast beef sandwich yes it was freaky fast but maybe they should slow down a little and make a good sandwich, It had two pieces of Roast Beef a sprinkle of lettuce 4 tiny tomatoes and I counted 6 onion pieces on an 8" french roll! The sandwich laid flat! I had to pay extra for cheese and they charged me 6 bucks for this monstrosity, I returned the sandwich and ask for my money back, that sandwich looked bad, and was told that they have a no money back return policy! Are you kidding me? Then I don't know who maybe the manager came out and poked at the sandwich I was complaining about and had the nerve to actually with a straight face tell me that this was the quality of sandwich they produce and that nothing was wrong with that sandwich! Seriously? I asked him has he seen any of the posters hung up around his store? Warning to the wise before you get a sandwich from this place before spending your hard earned money I would go to a place where the sandwich you order at least looks good, this isn't the place! Unbelievable............
